About the Role

The Global Education Accrediting Commission (GEAC) is seeking motivated high school seniors and college students to join our team as Summer Education Consulting Interns. This hands-on internship will take place at an international school abroad, providing a unique opportunity to work directly with a GEAC educational consultant on-site. As an intern, you will gain valuable insights into the world of educational management and leadership, assist with various educational projects, and contribute to the overall mission of promoting educational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Various Activities: Assist the GEAC educational consultant with on-site professional development activities, as well as documentation review and data collection.

  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on educational standards, practices, and policies to support the accreditation process.

  • Administrative Tasks: Help with organizing materials, scheduling meetings, and other administrative tasks related to the accreditation process.

  • Event Assistance: Assist in planning and coordinating school events, workshops, and gatherings for educators.

  • Project Participation: Participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at improving educational quality and fostering collaboration among schools.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Status: Open to high school seniors and college students with an interest in education.

  • Passport Required: Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel internationally.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Enthusiasm for Education: A genuine interest in the field of education and a desire to contribute to educational improvement.
